Part exchange is not available in conjunction with any other incentives or initiatives and may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice.
To take advantage of Part Exchange your current home needs to be valued at no more than 70% of the price of your new Lodge Park Home.
Lodge Park Homes reserve the right not to offer to purchase your home. Any offer made will be valid for 48 hours.
Any existing marketing agreement with an agent or a third party will need to be cancelled and any cancellation fees or fees resulting from a prior introduction by a third party are payable by you and cannot be charged to Lodge Park Homes.
The offer value relies on independent valuations based on a 4 to 6 week selling price. This may be lower than valuations you may have had before.
Any offer is subject to an independent survey and additional reports, searches and enquiries.
Lodge Park Homes will market the property prior to your move and by agreeing to any offer made by Lodge Park Homes you also agree to grant reasonable access to your home for viewings whilst you are still living in it and to keep it in a clean and presentable condition. A For Sale board will be erected to facilitate the quick sale of your existing home.
Lodge Park Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter any offers and initiatives at any time. Contracts must be exchanged within 28 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.
